The best thing about this smoothie is it tastes totally indulgent whilst actually being suuuuuper nutritious. With an emphasis on quality clean protein, healthy nourishing fats and limited carbohydrates this smoothie keeps me going for hours.

Serves 2 (Recipe can be halved for one person)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp pure whey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 4 raw free range or organic eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup filtered water
- Dash honey, to taste
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
