The New Year is well and truly in motion. I’m starting a new series on my blog where I will be creating an archive of things I am loving each month. It’s a place where I will share my ‘loves’ for that particular month. This may be product reviews, favourite recipes, resources, latest health trends or anything that I am simply loving that month. My love list will, of course, be health and wellness related, as that’s what I am all about here.

A Nourished Goddess Bliss Balls
I don’t mean to toot my own horn but I am so proud of my little creations, these little morsels of love. I’ve had so much fun with the creative process- following my bliss. Watch this space, as in the coming weeks I will be finally going commercial with my products. My bliss balls are vegan + paleo friendly and are made from organic ingredients. They are naturally sweetened, free from gluten and dairy, are jam-packed with nutrition and taste super duper yummy! Some of the favourites have been apple pie, choc-mint, choc-coconut, triple berry and lemon + sesame. Check out my Instagram for the latest info and where you can find them.
Twenty8 Essential Oils
These little bottles of precious plant extracts smell absolutely divine. The essential oils from Twenty8 are 100% natural, 6-star certified organic and therapeutic-grade.
